Release notes - Q2 2025

This quarter brings significant improvements to date handling and introduces new features for enhanced usability.

Date Handling: We’ve completely reworked how Appizy handles dates, now storing them as serial numbers to be closer to the Excel experience. We’ve also introduced a “zero date” compatible with the “Clear zero setting” so that you have an empty date field once your application starts. Read more about it in the Knowledge base.

Formula.js Integration: Enhanced formula support in the frontend for better calculation accuracy.

Hyperlinks Support: Backend applications now support hyperlinks from your spreadsheets.

Session Access: Improved session access handling with CloudFront for better security and performance.
